Take a look (left) at our youngest member of Lots of Knots!
She loved getting in that closet and picking out her favorites.  She thinks that we are doing a great thing for people that need help, and wants to help others when she gets older.  See more photos of her helping with blankets below.

We had another wonderful visit with Zack, Tara, Adyson, and Averie.  Averie stayed for an extra week, and we had a great time.  While her parents and sister were here, we went to the Children's Museum.  It is so large now that we were not able to see all of it in the time that we had. The girls worked in the diner, the grocery store (funny how much they want to do that when they are young!), the veternarian's office, news studio, worked in an ambulance, and the bank.

We found many good places to eat, but the highlight was the Genghis Grill, close to Bunker Hill and I-10.  You can get any mixture of anything,  freshly stir fried -- all you can eat.  It was great.  We went back later in the week when Averie was here by herself.  We also painted pottery, played lots of games at home (who knew that yarn and Mimi's stuffed animals from when she was young could be so much fun!), read lots of books, made masks and art projects, and went to Kemah.  It was a great week!
