Since we are only doing a book club meeting in November (our blankets will be delivered on November 16), and this is our last meeting of 2010, I thought we would try something different this month. Below is an attachment that includes an introduction and discussion questions for Three Cups of Tea. I am proposing that after you finish reading the book, review the questions before coming to the meeting, and have a 2-3 minute answer prepared for each one (or most of them). If there are a couple of questions that don't interest you, feel free to skip them. Of course, you don't have to participate, but this gives each member an opportunity to express their opinions about the questions that are most important or relevant to them, and we get to hear from everyone that wants to talk about that particular topic. I don't think that we necessarily have to have a timer available :), but please try to limit your answer to 2-3 minutes. If we agree as a group that the question needs more discussion, then we can always add to it. You might want to mark some passages in your book with Post-It notes or jot down notes on your question sheet. What do you think? ![]()

AuthorI like to think that I can't be described in a short paragraph. Some adjectives: curious, caring, kind, generous, excitable, motivated, emotional, fun, organized. What do you think? Claire Archives
